This course offers comprehensive training for both new and experienced rental property owners, equipping them with the skills needed for successful property management in the real estate industry. Structured along a clear timeline, the course covers every stage of property management, from purchase and preparation to advertising, leasing, administration, ongoing management, and tenant move-out. January 31, 2026 and February 1, 2026 - This is a two part class and must attend both days in order to receive a certificate.
