We are a non-profit organization that provides information and services to our membership about the residential rental industry. Some of the benefits include meetings and seminars, leases and other forms, credit reports service, our newsletter, and this website. This information is used by our members to better run their businesses. Check out all of the Benefits of Membership.
Membership Requirements
1. you must be an owner and/or manager of residential rental property,
2. you must agree to abide by the Apartment Association's Code of Ethics, and
3. you must pay dues.
2 Ways to Join:
- visit us at the Office, OR
- here Online (follow the steps below).
( NOTE: When you Join online, it is not immediate. The office staff still needs to process your request - usually before the end of the next business day. The credit card payment will be handled through PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account. During the process you will be transferred to PayPal and back again at completion.)
To Join online, you will be asked to follow these steps:
- Read and Agree to abide by the Apartment Association's Code of Ethics.
- Provide the information requested below
- Pay your Dues. The first year is $60.00, plus a one-time $20.00 Registration Fee = $80 Total
