Membership Requirements:
1. you must be an owner and/or manager of residential rental property,
2. you must agree to abide by the Apartment Association's Code of Ethics, and
3. you must pay dues.

2 Ways to Join:
- visit us at the Office, OR
- here Online (follow the steps below).
( NOTE: When you Join online, it is not immediate. The office staff still needs to complete your request - usually before the end of the next business day. The credit card payment will be handled through PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account. During the process you will be transferred to PayPal and back again at completion.)


To Join online, you will be asked to follow these steps:

  1. Read and Agree to abide by the Apartment Association's Code of Ethics.
  2. Provide the information requested below
  3. Pay your Dues. The first year is $95 ( $75 + a one-time $20 Registration Fee)
