Renew Membership
Thanks for being a member of the Apartment Association of NW PA !
Hopefully you've been taking advantage of our many Products and Services for members.

You can Renew your Membership by either:
- visiting us at the Office,
- mailing us both the Renewal Card we sent you and your payment, or
- here online. If you renew online, it is not immediate. The office staff still needs to process it - but no later than the end of the next business day.
( NOTE: All online credit card transactions will be handled through PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account. You will be transferred to PayPal and back again at completion. )
when Renewing online, you will be taken through these steps:
- Review and Agree to the Apartment Association's Code of Ethics.
- Verify/Update your "My Info" ( ...information about your Membership that only our Office needs to know. )
- Pay your Dues. The amount depends on the number of units you own/manage:
- $60 for 0 - 5 units
- $75 for 6 - 30 units
- $90 for 31+ units
- "Going Green" - starting August 2011, when you Renew you will be able to get a $10 discount for that year if you agree to skip getting a paper copy of the Newsletter through the US Mail, and instead access it through the website. Each month you will still get an email notifying you when it has been published to the website. ( click on the "Go Paperless" on the next page if you want the Discount. )
- We also suggest a contribution to PRO-PAC of $2 per unit. This is your political action committee that supports the legislative activities of PROA - the state-wide organization that provides a voice for Landlords and Property Managers in Pennsylvania government.
You will receive an email confirming your request to renew and the amount charged.
