Chris and his wife, Laura, bought their first rental property in 2017 primarily as a long-term investment strategy. Since then, they have grown their portfolio to 15 units in Erie and Wesleyville and plan to continue investing more in the future. Chris joined the Apartment Association in 2016 and he was elected to the board of directors in 2020.
He graduated from Penn State with a degree in Computer Science. His professional career includes owning a consulting business, partnering in a software startup and, now, a software engineering manager for Brightree.
Chris lives in Millcreek with Laura and their two children Chloe and Andrew.
