- I have owned and managed real estate in Erie for over 20 years
- I have focused on buying and holding single and multi-family properties

- Apartment Association member for almost 20 years
- Project Management Institute member nationally and locally
- Director of Information Systems and the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine

- BS in Management Information Systems from Penn State University
- Real Estate education through Local Lectures and Mentors
Work Experience:
- Information Systems Programming, Design and Support for 22 years
- Own and Manage 23 units in Erie
